I installed 2 x tplink external access points.

Downloaded pharos control software but keep getting below screen.

Cannot see if any anti virus program on.

I have windows 10.

I googled a similar error but no solution offered other than to kill of any tasks/services that may be conflicting.

Yep. The app (edit during installation) required Java.

But when I want to open Pharos Control. I get the strange pop up.

Update

This morning I switch on desktop pc and pharos control opens without any issues.

Weird as I had restarted pc yesterday.

And its back this afternoon. Guess there is a program interfering.

Restarted and still an issue.

Last night worked again.

Any ideas what could be issue? Anti virus program? Or Java not always on? Any other program?

Maybe try it in Windows 10 Sandbox mode and see if the issue persists. It could be an issue with something on your PC interfering?

Yep something interfering. Just unable to figure out what.

Will try the sandbox.

Seems stable. I simply leave desktop pc on to avoid risk of interference on startup.

No intervention. Can only assume some Anti virus program recognises it now.
