TP Link VR 900 Fibre connectivity issues

Hi ,

Could anyone please assist. I am having problems trying to setup up my TP Link VR900 WIFI Router to my fibre internet connection.
My Fibre Modem is a Huawei supplied by vumatel and my service provider is VOX.

although MY TP Link has a lAN/WAN Port and The specs say it supports Fibre the VOX technician could not get it to connect
 
Excellent router currently on special at incredible corruption at R2k (V1) online as V2 is out with VOIP features in addition which I dont need. Sure you figured the settings out by now. But just for the others who are also struggling with this, for Vox Fibre (after they also could not help me) you go to "Advanced" in the setup and choose Operation mode=Wireless Router Mode. Reboot. Go to Internet Setup and choose Internet Connection Type =PPPoE. Fill in your Username and Password. The rest I left alone and it is working fine. Just Remember that only the first LAN out (GE1) works on the optical router. Wasted hours figuring that out. Good luck :)
