Good day

So tracker just sent me an e mail that they will be increasing, my monthly payment from R179 to R190.16 I thought I had a price locked contract with them. That is what the lady told me when I signed up. What piss me off is they can adjust the prices to suit their needs, but customers can't decrease prices or cancel the contract.

I'm not really bothered by the new price just that they do things when it suit them.

Where is the contract and what are they saying about the price lock contract that you thought you had with them?

The contract somewhere in my e mails

I will look for the e mail tonight I remember correctly the lady said it's a 3 year contract, with no price increase.

My friend said I should let it go it's only R10 so I will leave them.

Take it up with them as a matter of principle if indeed you have a price lock contract.

I changed insurance maybe that is why because I got discount through miway.
