Tracking data usage on Neoflex?

Hey all. Due to the fact that Neotel doesn't have a monitoring system in place for us to check our usage I made a program which does this for you.

I made it as I had a need for something like this (didn't feel like calling the help center every time). Does the trick for me and I wanted to know if anyone else is interested? It alerts you before and after your cap is exceeded, has a stats page which lets you track your usage and it shows you current upload/download speeds.

I'm using Neoconnect prime with a 5Gb cap.

I'm new to Neotel, and I just took delivery of my NeoFlex router.. I'm a bit confused as to why a program like BWMonitor wouldn't work on this type of connection? I'm not so keen on getting ridiculous bills, and only got this package because I thought I could use a BW monitor?

try DU Meter, it monitors all types of connections (Dial-Up, LAN, Wifi)......works a charm !!

There is no "problem" using a BW monitor to monitor traffic regardless of which neotel product you are using. The "problem" comes in with the neoflex product when you have multiple users/systems connected (PC, XBOX/PS3, etc). A BW monitor needs to be installed on the computer and will not monitor traffic that does not go through the computer that has the bandwidth monitor. This is not an issue for the neconnect product as the connection is shared via ICS and all traffic will be routed through the system to which the USB device is connected.
