The last traded price was R41/kg for beef sides for settlement in June.
If you have info today that convinces you that beef sides will trade at a different price (known to you) end June, you can make money, either buying or selling the June futures contract.
You will unfortunately pay a high liquidity premium at the moment because the contract is very thinly traded - because it is new and not attracting much interest at present.
