My dad passed away in 2017. He owned 2 cars and did not pay the license discs for a long time. Now I want to change the ownership and sell the cars. I have all necessary papers. I just need to know what must I do when I get to the traffic dot. Which form to fill. How much does it cost. Mostly the license discs have penalties. Do they cancel them or will I have to pay??. I am currently unemployed and mom is on pension.
