Hi guys

So last year I committed a traffic violation. In June of 2012. I was unaware of it because the fine got sent to an address I no longer stay at. I became aware of it because the current tenants have informed me that they have a stack of my mail that I could pick up. I picked it up and lo and behold a fine for R500 for some speeding.

The court date to pay has long passed.

What do?

(Also side note. What is the point of changing all your addresses in all of your accounts if they just disregard that)

They posted it not registered mail, nor did you sign for it or admit guilt. Ignore it and go on with your life. Unless you feel guilty go pay it and hope they don't make your life difficult because of it.
