Traffic in Pretoria

My sister starts a job in Pretoria West.Any suggestions on the best place to live.She's thinking Akasia and travelling via the R80 to Market Street..What's the traffic like ?Thanks.

I assume she isn't going through the Daspoort tunnel?
Anywhere Forest Hill shopping center would do. Don't think the traffic is too bad that way. Hasn't been when I have had to go there.

Your sister can check out the hotspots, or select 'Traffic Flow' to see the live conditions of the road network (just fire that up during the peak times).
