Ever since I renewed my driver's licence, I have been receiving my traffic infringements via an
email and an SMS, but not the postal address. My postal address remains the same.
I do remember filling in my mobile number and email address, but I do NOT remember ticking any boxes
and agreeing to this.
Please see the highlighted part in this pic, what If one uses that defense in court? I know it is wrong, but I just wanted
to know.
