Guess its because of the small amount.

I know groupee is legit, bought from them before.

I did my payment through Google Wallet anyways, so I know who's taking my money.
 
Bump - minimum buy is now 2 games at $1.50 total. Chatter on the page also suggests that they are running low on the TS2013 keys and that the sale will get "down-timed" and relaunched without TS2013 soon.
