Traktor Pro 3

Bought my traktor s4 mk3 yesterday awesum machine BUT at 2nd glace has a few problems out the box like
Onboard lcd screen not working due to software problems
Cue mix is the wrong way round right is left and left is right
 
Maybe wrong forum? Software is the one you likely want to post this in
