Transfer/Buy Data - Different Network

Does anybody know how to or can point where I can find out how to either transfer data to or buy data for someone on another cellular network? I tried Googling but the bulk of what I found is Vodacom to Vodacom, MTN to MTN, etc.

Cross network transfer is not possible, as far as I know..

However, snapscan, your banking app etc, should ask for a cellphone number and then you select the network and but whatever value for that number..

Your bank is the best bet.

Thanks I had a look at the Standard Bank app, it looks easy enough.
