transfer contacts

How can I send all my contacts in my phone book from my old phone, a Motorola, to my new phone, a Nokia? I did a backup on my Motorola software but the Nokia software is unable to find the backup file on my hard disk...guess they are no written in the same language?
Please help

Generally the easiest way is to use the phone pc software to sync with Outlook and them sync the new phone.

Just use Bluetooth to 'send all' from your phonebook (assuming your Motorola has bluetooth).

But it holds a maximum of 250 contacts, but if you have less, then yes its an easy way of transferring contacts.
