Transfer line back to telkom

How do I go about transferring my line back to Telkom.

Currently it sits with WA, but I cannot take this middle-man situation anymore.

Is there a number I can phone? Can I initiate it from WA's side?

I'm also looking into it, but apparently there is downtime. Which makes it a non-starter for me
