This is harder than it should be. Anyone successfully transferred an account from one profile to another? I setup my dad's fiber line on my profile originally and now want to transfer it to his own so that he gets billed properly since it's for his business. Not getting any joy from the support desk and starting to think it will be easier to transfer the line to another ISP. Been told that the profile is not "complete" and yet I can login. Been told to create a 1GB free DSL package (???) which has an error on checkout. Been told to provide bank details but there is no option for that in the clientzone.
