Transparent Proxy

Hi,

it seems that a proxy between me and a client server does not honour

<meta HTTP-EQUIV="Expires" CONTENT="Mon, 06 Jan 1990 00:00:01 GMT">
<meta http-equiv="Pragma" content="no-cache">

and still caches pages.

I would love to find the culprit proxy - and I can't be sure its Telkom's.

Is there somebody knowledgable on the subject of tracing the rogue machine?
