Hi,

I see that petrol is only $0.01 in Venezuela.

Assuming I want to import petrol myself from Venezuela into South Africa, what will be the cheapest way to transport the petrol from Venezuela to South Africa?

Thanks,

Salman

Ha, you're facing a very very well established global conglomerate (with governments) that will make sure you are never successful.

Just off the bat; You will need certified oil carriers - normal maritime vessels are not permitted to transport oil.
You will need the proper authorisation to remove the oil and cross the relevant maritime borders with it (along with their requirements aka money)

Finally when landing in ZA you will need to declare it to customs and thats when i'm pretty sure SARS will confiscate it all :)

PS - unless i'm mistaken its also illegal to stockpile over certain amounts of fuel if you're not using it for mining or running applicable hardware. And the bill indicates that stockpiles refer to land or sea, above or under.

Seems you have done no research.Did you wake up with this thought this morning or something?
Why dont you start with the law?

I'm pretty sure that price is for domestic use only, if you export they will charge you a lot of tax
