Hi guys,

Is it still possible to verify if a car is stolen on TransUnion website?

Haven't done it in a while, and it seems the service is for car dealers now only.

Anybody used autocheck recently? And know where it's moved to now?

Or is there an alternative people are using now?

A few people I know have used the one provided by AutoTrader (https://www.vehiclecheck.co.za/). Apparently itsalright, but costs R99.

prefer the transunion one, can anybody confirm its no longer available for anybody?
that tells you so much, what year of importation is, finance house, account used o n the finance house, so much details.

does this do the same?

I remember they once sent me some link to register as they were buys with some changes, I did not bother. I think it may still be available albeit in a much different format.

It's no longer available, they rebranded to firstcheck but that website is now down
