Travelling abroad

I am going away soon and need to know, I have a Blackberry Bold 9700, how would I disable Data roaming? Is there such a thing?
Just need voice.

Hi

You can call through to your provider and ask them to suspend data services until you get back. This will only affect data and not calls and SMSs.
