I played for several years, get the plus plan. It's cheap and it allows you to queue buildings. Oh and the secret is is to up the level of your Main Building as quickly as possible, the higher the level the faster build times are for different things

Yes it will. I bought 100 Gold......... I can only start the embassy at 4 - resources!!!
