Hi all , as the title says.
I need advice upon what is good and i have no idea how to begin.
I did however googled but i really cant pin point where i would be able to purchase.
Only know Game and Makro and unsure what are good price ranges and brands.
Probably be needing some weights too.
So i'm trying to lose weight and gain muscle toning it.
I can gym at work for free but i have issues waking up early and shift work is a problem.
Prefer to do it at home.

Any info would be useful
Thank you

Every branch of Crusaders have 55 to 60 in stock ! Think about why.....

A 'decent' treadmill is going to be very expense, also weights are expensive in general. See if you can perhaps find them secondhand somewhere, there's always someone who bought it thinking they would use it.

Also put a tv in front of treadmill, to watch while practice.
Maybe a bar as well.

Thank you all but i'm not like most people. I would stick om using it.
going to the gym would be a problem for me and even where i am at its best to exercise at home instead.

Skip for 10 minutes & run around the neighborhood.
Very few people with treadmills at home actually use them.

All the treadmill owners I know, use theirs. Though they use it to hang clothes and towels and not for exercise.

I noticed it's easier to go to gym, once your at the gym. You know I am here to gym not to slack around. We had a treadmill at home and it was terrible compared to the gym equipment. We paid R6999 from Makro and sold it two years later for R3500 on Gumtree. So your best bet would be Gumtree.

Than you all i'm rather receiving bad responses purchasing one but like i said before.
I can gym at work for free but its problematic with my shifts i work and such.
Cant do the neighborhood thing and going to a gym nearby too would be another problem for me.
That's how come i'm trying to make a plan getting myself treadmill and weights later.
Thus far i haven't heard any good suggestions.

You're not buying a car. Entry level Trojan at Makro.

Done.
