Anyone have any experience with Trellidor Clear Guard?

I love the aesthetics, but I'd like to know how secure it is.

Not sure how secure it is - it seems like it's very well built. It's a really nice addition to a doorway as it acts as both a security door and it allows airflow into the house whilst keeping the flies out. Bear in mind that it locks with the key - you can't just lift the handle from the inside to lock it - which is how I expected it to work. But you lift the handle to engage the lock mechanism, then use the key to lock it.

Looks good, the company have been easy to deal with.

I've deleted all the nasty things that I really want to say to you.

I'm looking for an independent, unbiased view. And the thread you've posted does not answer my question.

Also keen on it , we have a place along the Wild Coast, would be ideal to have something like this where you can still see and hear the sea.
