Hi Guys,
We have trend officescan installed on our network.
We deploy to the client by means of a batch file that runs the autopcc file on the client.
However recently we are getting a popup screen when the user logs in saying, to install/uninstall the officescan client you require administrator rights.
If I log in with the admin account it does not come up with any error, and then when I log out and back in with the users account the error does not come back.
The user does not have local admin rights, so I am assuming that is the problem.
Are there any specific things I need to change in order to allow autopcc to run on the clients machine without giving the user local admin rights?
Thanks Guys.
