Trouble connecting to the internet

I'm able to connect my mobile router to a laptop or cellphone, but I'm unable to connect to the internet. Using Vodacom

Please assist!!!!

Is the router on?

Just kidding. I'm sure you must have a router config page where you can view settings and connectivity status. Might be printed on back of router. Good to start there.
