Hi everyone
Seem to have a problem adding additional remotes to my garage door.
The controller bit is the first pic and the remotes are in the second pic.
Now I've used the jumper to go in to program mode, but for some reason the light blue/new remote will not pick up, if I "reprogramme" the older dark remote, it picks up.
Steps I followed to program/add a remote:
Put jumper on the "P"
Hold button of remote.

Additionally the light blue remotes one red button is programmed to my sliding gate with an identicall looking E.T. Controller.
So, is it that the garage controller is outdated and can not be used with the newer light blue remote ie get a new controller for the garage, or is there something else that I can try? Any advise before I reset the whole thing with jumpers accross all the pins?
TIA

If i remember correctly the new remotes can be put into one of two modes on each button. In one of the modes when you press the button and hold you get a slow blinking of the LED , in the other it is almost solidly lit. To go from one to the other you need to hold that button down for a number of seconds until the blinking changes tempo, Its quite a lont time, i think 10s or more. Do that and then try reprogramming as usual
