How long should it take for a Trouble Ticket to be seen to and resolved?

I have had Trouble Ticket No:59633 open for going on 2 months.
Free External Antenna was installed in that period Only because after 1 month of no response or feedback, I called Head Office Direct to chase.
External Antenna lowered my RSSI a little but did nothing for my transfer speeds, if not slightly slower than before. It appears there is still Network issues as I only am getting half of what I used to get before with frequent disconnections and periods of unsuability over the last few days/weeks/months.

I have now called into Neotel no less than on 10 occassions in the last 2 months, no feedback or messages returned (Yet I am always told "we will call you back"), took the day off from work today so I could wait for that "Someone will be coming over to your place on MONDAY" which never materialised, sent Neotel Rep a PM pleading for help.

Thank you for the Free Antenna Neotel, I appreciate it, but hasn't exactly helped me at all.

I do not think 2 months so far is acceptable for a Trouble Ticket to be resolved in, I am pretty sure there are others who have been waiting much longer, what do you think ?

Well - now u have a reasonable basis to cancel. I suggest u do so and if they try to make u pay a penalty i suggest u threaten legal action and take them to the small claims court if they deduct it from ure account.
