Trouble with financed second hand vehicle

My boet bought a pre owned car ( financed) about 3 months ago.

Bought from a reputable dealer.

Anycase long story short car has been in multiple times with various issues.

What is his rights? Can he in terms of cpa demand a cancellation? Bar the usage ?

Bare in mind his wife has hardly ridden the car due to the numerous issues?

They have the right to repair the vehicle first but if its the same problem every time you can demand a refund or other vehicle.

I had the same problem. Told the dealer there was something wrong and fought 3 months to fix it. The vehicle was booked in every week. But now I am happy! Just don't leave it. Ride them like the devil and irritate them till they fix everything.
