trouble with MTN

anyone knows why MTN upload is so slow lately i thought it was loadshedding but even now when the power is stable my upload is 4.7mbps

mtn is very unstable but speed looks good today

i made an account here hoping they did have a rep i was told many reps do check out the forum but it looks like mtn is to good to have a rep on forums or man their phones i cant get hold of anyone normally

Yeah, it's irritating. Staff in the shops have limited knowledge unless you're buying a phone or signing a contract

me dad had a terrible time getting his vodacom canceled after twentyfour month contract was over i didnt renew my mtn contract because reasons but prepaid is terrible they do whatever they want with people my data disappears even when i am on wifi sht like that but other providers isnt much better they dont give a sht because they can get away with it but mtn is bad really bad cell c dont work so i guess telkom but i am told they are also sht

i dont like using my phone as a hotspot any suggestions on a router that can work on a battery
