Troubleshoot motherboard?

I've got an elderly machine here, circa 1996, motherboard bears the letters DTK and PAM-00541 E-1.
When powered up the PC emits short, continuous beeps, apparently indicative of a dead motherboard or PSU.
The PSU tests OK, harddrive spins up, but no video output for me to try and analyze. There is voltage to the motherboard.
Are there any simple diagnostics to try and narrow down the exact problem?

Does it still beep if you take out the memory? Maybe just try taking out and re-inserting the memory... Are these the only tests you did?
 
Your motherboard uses AWARD BIOS so do a search for AWARD BIOS Beep Codes to isolate your problem.

Board was manufactured by DTK www.dtk.com.tw which no longer seems to be available.

Award beep codes suggest memory error, I'll try removing and re-seating
 
There are 4 memory slots on this board, I moved the 2 memory memory modules from where they were to the 2 vacant slots, powered up and got a new beep code for video card error. I moved this also to a vacant slot and now have video output, just searching for a keyboard and mouse that will fit

Maybe remove the MB and give it a good cleaning with a paint brush although contacts might be corroded.
