All of a sudden there is this red box that appears when receiving or making a call.
Its the caller ID box
How do i disable that?

It's because that number was listed as spam by many people.
Edit: Apologies, I thought you asking as to why its red now as opposed to the normal colour.

But you are saying, the box never showed at all previously and now it does? I do not know sorry, tried searching through the app now for the option. Mine always showed since install.
