It's theirs to do with what they want. Your logic makes no sense. Are the dry countries now supposed to get upset with high rainfall countries?

that makes no sense, carbon emissions is almost unlimited in its production, in other words we wish to limit its "supply"

you are referring to limiting "demand"

I dislike Trump, but I agree on him pulling out of the accords. They are toothless as there are no repercussions to nations who fail to meet their new goals. They will cost the US an inordinate amount, between $30 - $100 BILLION while nations like China do not have to pay a cent because they are "developing". People are using this this as a hot button topic without realizing that it's nothing but hot air and millions of free dollars being spent on the 3rd world. What is crazy is that these receiving nations don't even need to use that money to achieve the goals put forth in these accords

Exactly. Its about money distribution, and the people doing the distributing will coin it.

Also, this Accord wont do much for global temp difference at all.

I didn't sign up for the previous consensus view on global cooling either. Back then the peanut farmer prez in America convened an emergency panel of top "science experts" to plan for permanent famine and mass starvation in America by the mid-80s. Reagan saved America from that lunacy.
