Trying to downgrade mobile package

The whole day I have been trying to downgrade some of my mobile packages I have. I go through all the steps to edit the package and select a new one but then get "An error occurred" when submitting. I have emailed customer support but have not received any feedback.

Any ideas ? Are there specific times you can downgrade or not ?
 
So I contacted Afrihost support on 31/1/2014 but still no reply. The ticket system must be on strike at the moment
