Trying to post job listing

Hi,

Im trying to post a jon listing, but I receive an error message saying I am not logged in or do not have permissions. I looked at the help section under job listings, and can not see anything special I should request or activate.

I get that same message if I want to PM Esquire via the app, but I can do so via the browser.

Also thought so, but if I look at the instructions given here, it looks like you just register as a normal user and then open a new thread. I could not find anything else:
