So got an SMS from Tshwane that my account is in arrears (A whole ****ing R0.85 due to them rounding down your payment when you use their portal)

Just made a payment of R5.00 which is the minimum when you pay by credit card. It will cost them some money now for me to settle R0.85

Probably some moron who had a clever idea to send SMS to all customers who are in arears regardless of the amount.

When we were kids we'd wonder how much money the phone companies would make just adding 1c to every customer. These days the theft is right there in the open. Wonder how many people got this and paid the R5.
