TT Connect - Instilaltion Times

Hey all,

So I'm gonna be moving to Greenstone Hill at the end of Jan and the complex has Fibre (Aloe Place).

I filled in an application form today and im hoping that they will come between the 28th and 31st of Jan.

Just wondering if anybody knows the following things:

- Do they contact you a day before they come to install?
- if they come a little early, is it possible to reschedule?

Second question is due to time only moving in towards the end of Jan, but I can't afford to wait an extra 4-6 Weeks cause I need Internet for work.
