How long am I expected to wait?
22 November I requested a speed upgrade from 50 to 100 and still today nothing has happened. My sales agent says there is a problem on Vuma's side and they have called in their DEV team to solve it.
What needs to happen for any speed upgrade to occur? Is there not a mouse click or an enter button that needs to be pressed? I'm hoping someone can give me some technical info around this.
And, what is the problem on Vuma's side? It is day 13 today (working days). I can't believe...
