TV Box not connecting or finding 5G Rain

I have 2 tv boxes is my house. The one I had to connect via etheter to get it to work on RAIN, when I plug the Etheter out, it does not connect to rain, it shows the rain network and saves the passwords ect, but neither of them can connect to the RAIN 5G, what do I need to do to fix this?
