TV Bracket confusion

Hoping someone can assist...

Which came with this set of instructions....



Section 3 - I cannot for the life of me figure out the purpose of "K" - Why would you put screws in there?
What am I missing here?

Is that not referring to fastening the bracket to the TV?

Looking at the pics, does it not maybe prevent you from accidentally pushing the TV too far left or right while positioning it on the wall plate i.e. off the mounting rail?

I think its to prevent you sliding the tv off the rail. But it doesnt make sense. Once you mount the tv on, it will be super difficult to tighten screws in that place

Also maids that knock stuff over when dusting

You would install those screws BEFORE hanging the TV from that frame, wouldn't you?

Best is to screw them in before you hang the tv

You screw it into one of the verticals to prevent it from sliding but it's supposed to be screwed in from the bottom as the last step after TV is mounted.

The verticals go onto the TV and then mounted onto wall bracket. Would be impossible to then access the verticals to fix a screw to it since TV is now in the way.

Seems it is meant to keep the TV from sliding left or right off the bracket
A bit redundant because of "F" - But anyway...
