TV Card working on Windows 7

Anyone got their WINFAST TV2000 pci card to work properly on windows 7? Im getting no audio and the picture quality is not as good as on XP...
 
Ya, tried that latest vista drivers that leadtek offers, but nothing...
 
as far as I remember, when Vista was released, with DX10, they dropped the audio part of it, hence no audio on those older TV cards. And seeing Win7 is a rebuilt Vista, I presume the same would persist... Thats why creative labs got together with that other company (cant remember) and developed a third party solution for audio called Alchemy... http://crave.cnet.co.uk/gamesgear/0,39029441,49287112,00.htm

Basically, I threw away two tv cards... But I can live with that cause I bought a PVR.

Nice move from them. Problem is that i cant configure it to work as it would in XP, because my sound app doesn't want to install as well, and the default win7 drivers do not have that much manipulation to my on-board sound (Realtek HD Sound). And then Leadtek goes ahead and releases "Latest Visa Drivers" that are "compatible" with my card...

It sucked, but they said 90% of BSOD's on XP were from faulty sound device drivers with DX9, They must have been correct, cause in 2.5yrs I have had ZERO blue screens with vista. and I stuff around heavy on my pc!
 
I had a Winfast card. Never managed to get it going correctly properly under Vista. Eventually gave it away.
