TV recommendation for the office (for presentations and stuff)

Hello.
I've been tasked with identifying a nice TV for the office boardroom. The room is not huge and we can't mount a projector so a TV will have to do.
Any suggestions or anything I should know about using a TV for displaying presentations/excel/websites etc? Burn in?
Viewing angle? Panel Type? I take it at 4k resolution it should be clear enough.
I guess it should be a Smart TV for wireless casting and whatnot.
Size: 65 inches should be fine.
Budget: I guess cheaper the better but will pay for must-have features. Let's say R20k?

Since the TV won't be on 24/7, get a HiSense, unless money is no object.

My model has store-mode, which means the TV then doesn't care about power draw so everything is crisp.

I'm not claiming to be an expert. We use HiSense units in the office and have never had any issues.

With the above in mind, I'd highly recommend you get in touch with @WAslayer or @SauRoNZA whom I reckon are aficionados on the TV front.

Rather don't buy a TV at all and get hold of some PDP's to avoid the licensing requirement.

If you need a TV properly then really anything will do the job for this case that isn't OLED.
