TV Repair in Edenvale

I have a 42" LG Cinema 3D TV that just stopped working about a year ago. Power light went out and that was that.

I stuck it in a corner of my home office and mounted a spare 42" I had and we kept going. I have now decided to see if this thing is repairable at a decent price (actually forgot about it - why it's been a year).

Can someone recommend a repair shop in the Edenvale area?

Found Melcon in Edenvale @ 69 Van Riebeeck Avenue. Guy reckons R600 to R1000 to do the repair. Does that sound reasonable? Anyone had an experience with these guys.

i found a reliable tv repair company on linksfield road they go by the name xbytes repair centre, they repair my tv and amplifier and very reasonable costs in just a couple of days.
