TV tuner combo *help*

Hi

I am needing some advise i have a BenQ 23" HD LCD and i am now looking for the best TV tuner?

I also have an external HDD with movies on that i want to watch with no PC, is there a combo availiable that will let me watch TV as well as Movies on my HDD?

if not what is recomended?
