TvDefy 621 Oven elements wont work

I recently replaced both elements in my defy 621 and now they have stopped working again....the oven light has also blown. Anyone have any idea what could cause this?

Don't know this stove specifically, but check if there is a "thermal switch". Usually placed at the outside of the oven back plate. If no thermal switch then the Wiring and switches should be checked.
