I think I did a proper install of tversity on my pc because I can access and stream media to my other pc and my laptop(wireless) by accessing the port through firefox. My PS3 has a wireless connection to my LAN and I know that is working because I can access the internet. My problem is that when I search for media servers on the PS3 I get nothing. I have restarted the PS3, the media server and just about anything else I could think of restarting, I thought the problem was that my DLink AP doesnt support multicast but after getting streaming to my laptop working I dont think thats the problem. Does anyone have any suggestions?

"I think I did a proper install of tversity on my pc" doesn't really inspire confidence. Perhaps a reinstall is in order?

Check that you can see your PS3 from your pc (you can probably get the ip from your access point and then ping it).
