Finally found something to do with all this cheap bandwidth we are getting from Afrihost:

http://tvgorge.com/

Quality is decent and streaming is smooth as silk.

Waiting for the episodes to download before watching them is so last year. :D

Verry nice, even topgear. Hehe Now i know what to do with my iburst throttle.

This is intriguing.. but atm it doesn't seem to work...

I want Hulu ffs.

Mmmmmm,,, the site looks noticeably different to a few days ago - I hope their 're-indexing' doesn't take too long. It's quite nifty, though the quality isn't great. An hour episode of TopGear is about 130mb, so 20% of the size of the torrent downloads from finalgear.com. It's watchable, but not great on a 42" screen. Although with most shows image quality is secondary, I suppose.

I tried it looks very good, even the quality . But how can you get it to show full screen?
And where is the site? because on you tube I only get buffering and bits & pieces. But here
it looks very good.

Thanx, but full screen is not too good, a bit blury. But anyhow in principle it works like a charm

As happens with any small digital video image that you scale up. It is a pity however that the fullscreen mode doesn't switch to widescreen, so everything is stretched out.

Just watched both of this week's American Idol episodes on it, and it worked a charm - not even one hiccup due to buffering. Even on a 4Mb line, I VERY rarely get to see a YouTube video without any buffering issues.

Why not just download and keep it on your PC? Sure, it takes a bit longer to find a Rapidshare or Megaupload link, but you can store the episode :)
