Tweaking Your Connection/Modem

Could anybody please tell me if this is possible and if so how to go about tweaking my connection.

I have a Nokia 6320 which iam using as a modem (with VM and MTN sim) Its usually pretty good but here from 7pm to 10pm it gets k*k slow. Is there any tweaks out there.

Could someone please tell me if vodacom is any better?

Hi Barfish a few tweaks wont really give you an incredible amount of improvement in my experience.
I Have Nokia command code you type in under advanced modem settings:
AT+CGDCONT=,,"VDATA"
or:"MYMTN"
I have not found Vodacom faster [maybe more reliable then Virgin]
but Mtn in my opinion is definately faster then Voda.

So do you reckon that Mtn is the better connection oops excuse the pun:)

They need to put up a few more towers in PE and CT. See VM never did their homework properly to accommodate the hoards to come. RB didn't have that vision when he was flying over PE and CT in his balloon:mad:
