So I know there are several raiding South African guilds on TH. Are any of you guys considering take the free transfers off the server to see if you can get away from the instance lag and queues?

Where are the transfers open to ? To which destination servers I mean ?

I don't think the question has really been seriously considered by CoD but it seems the lag is everywhere so is it really worth transferring?

If the destination servers are low-pop, it might just be.

Dentarg has no lag issues as far as I'm aware. Did Naxx last night without any problems.

The terrible server lag is everywhere not just on TH (talked to a few other people on other servers), so transferring for that reason alone is stupid.

Lag is everywhere only in Northrend though.

There is something buggy about it. I seem to be fine doing BG's and Instances with my Most needed addons only, removing QH and Autioneer helps alot

Boulderfist is apparently dead in terms of PVE competition (the reason Last Resort transfered back to Kazzak)

Nah, you normally have a window to reconnect in and skip the queue.

Yeah, that's true. You can use it to install new mods even at peak time. You simply copy the mods into the folder, Alt+F4 out of WoW, and log right back in, no queue.

Thats why u log early for raids.

For some reason your line drops or pc crashes and you can't log back in in less than 10mins then you are screwed.

Seriously, why would I have to time my login to avoid a queue. It's BS.

Nah, you normally have a window to reconnect in and skip the queue.

Lightbringer doesn't have that feature yet... on the occasion there are queues (not often luckily), you get dc'd you sit in the queue again

The issue with transferring off the server is that the servers you have access to have unbalanced horde: ally ratio's , only a few pve endgame guild and a bad economical infrastructure, this will make it harder for new guilds to recruit the certain type of player we need. the best is just to wait and hope the lagg is fixed,

Would be cool to move your whole guild

Like Bad Omen did. They moved from...err...donno where, I forgot , to Dentarg which has a low population. They are a top guild and EU top ranked 6th.

Like this guilds won't have much problems.
