Twin LNB + PVR 2: what settings are required?

We moved and I did not photograph the cord placements on our set up. We would like to connect our PVR decoder to the satellite dish. We kept getting a "Checking footprint error" and "a "LNB" error. So we bought a new Ellie's Twin LNB for Extraview/PVR Receivers and it has 2 wires that were connected. Then suddenly in the lounge there are three cords - all are white and look the same Which do we place into the PVR? We have a HD TV. At this point we would be happy to merely have the tv and signal work and are not worried about recording (for the moment).

We phoned the help centre - they can see that the Dstv card is in the PVR.

We have not yet paid our monthly subscription - can we try to get signal quality before paying?

Have no idea of the settings that should be selected for the following:
1.Network setup: Dstc W7/ Other/ Dstv IS7-20,
2.LNB Power: 13V/ 18V/ Controlled/ Off,
3. Installation Type: SatCR/SatCRUniv/ Universal/.....

Any help would be appreciated.

Setup is in Gauteng.
