Twitch streaming on xbox series s

Hello everyone. I have a few questions about the whole twitch streaming on xbox, I need help!

I have a fibre line 50mbs download and 50mbs upload, I discovered that mixer is not available on xbox anymore and you cant stream on youtube directly anymore(only twitch) i was very upset to see that they recommend me streaming at 360p because i can only get a bitrate of 500. What annoys me is that i get 20 mb/s plus upload on the xbox itself, and there is no alternative on xbox. So please assist me on if there is maybe a work around, i have a capture card but i dont want to use it because i cant play on 120fps so anything is much appreciated

nothing you can really do, maybe plug an ethernet cable in. Twitch Streaming directly has like a massive delay last time I tried it as well
