Looks like it's down for SA. Problems with the local caching server?

Down on Telkom LTE and Rain and tried DNS settings but did not help. Need to use a proxy or VPN to get passed the JHB cache server.

Is also down. Looks like a cloudflare issue. Might have been Fastly and not cloudflare

Yeah twitch and reddit, same issues with the cache servers.
